| General Objective
The objective was to evaluate and update the nursing curriculum for immunisation in teaching institutions in South Africa.
Specific Objectives
- To update participants on the immunisation policies and strategies, including GIVS
- To get a consensus on the EPI curriculum prototype as proposed by the WHO for nursing teaching institutions in the African Region
- To make recommendations for the implementation of the EPI curriculum revision process within the pre-service training institutions.
